Any trip to Germany would not be complete without an overnight stay in a castle. Castle Colmberg meets that requirement.
Germany, Castles, Alps, Sound of Music, Octoberfest in Munich, Venice Gondolas....this and other areas are what this trip is all about. A journey through history. We had a long day yesterday. A good sleep last night and are getting ready to go to Rothenburg, one of the walled cities of Germany. More later on that. Weather is in the 50's. Very pleasant.
