Icy Point Strait....zip lining, Halibut fishing, whale watching...these are things to do here. Every one of our group went in different directions. Larry & I went Halibut fishing. We caught 1 Halibut apiece. When we finished, they filleted the fish for shipping back to Alabama. Total cost for 15 lbs of Halibut will be in the neighborhood of $135.00 per pound. Should be some good eating. Johnny, Jan, Linda, Pat , Dave and Jane went on the zip line. It took 45 minutes to get up there, then 90 seconds to get to the bottom. Cost, approx $2.00 per second...a little more than "a thrill a minute". Every one else went whale watching. I just hope they did not find a whale bigger than the boat. Jamie and Jean spent their time viewing the scenery from their cabin window (picture included).
